Return Policy

We want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’d like to return your item, please contact our customer support center. You will have the option to submit a return on the original form of payment you made your purchase with. Once received, you store account with Nujina will be credited. Nujina does not cover the cost of return labels. Return labels must be prepared by the customer with a Nujina item purchase transaction number. If you need assistance during this process, feel free to contact us at anytime. We’ll be happy to assist you. Our return policy allows 30 days from the date of delivery to return items purchased at Nujina for a full product refund. Shipping is not refunded. Your refund will be in the total original value amount as when you purchased it. If you wish to receive store credit, we have a 45 day return policy. All returns/exchanges must be sent back by the customer within the 45 day window to be marked as eligible for credit. Any items purchased as final sale items are non-refundable. Our sale items are final sale and are noted as such in the description upon purchase. Returned items must be in the same condition as received. Nujina may reject any returned item that shows to be worn, washed, damaged, or not in its original condition. If there are any issues with an order or product upon delivery, the customer must contact Nujina within 30 days from the delivery date. For our security, we have the right to flag any customers for making returns too frequently. Need further assistance?
